At Essex Carers Support we love hearing back from Carers who have accessed our Time 4 You project and finding out about how it has changed the way that they think about how they can find time for themselves.
Just recently we got this lovely message from Emily:
“I have been meaning to send you an update from the Time 4 You grant that you so kindly gave me a few months back. I managed to buy a lot of ingredients and tools to get on with my hobby of soap making and managed to make enough to give out as Christmas gifts!
I get a lot of enjoyment and relaxation from my hobby, and it helps to decompress after those particularly challenging days in my caring role.”
